I just received my account! It's working really well right now and works well with Jdownloader. The premium feels a lot smoother than the public and works so well. I hope this service stays for a while.

I have a few questions though. The first question is I bought the account yesterday (3/3/10) and received it today (3/4/10) but it says that my account was activated on 3/2/10. Is there just a time difference or something? I know it's only two days but was just curious. My other question is how do i renew my account and is there a away to renew without having to wait for the account to be reactivated? And when I renew, does it renew from the date i submit the payment or when my account expires.

There is a 40 link download per day on rapidshare, but I completely understand. And if you download 40 100 MB links then you are getting 4 gigs a day but if you download 40 200 MB links a day you are getting 8 gigs (which is more than what a premium rapidshare account gets per day). One idea I have about the bandwidth limitations with rapidshare is maybe add an option for premium users to pay more per month to increase the number of links per day. So the standard premium for 8 bucks has 40 links but then x amount of more money will gives 10 or 20 more links a day for rapidshare. I really don't need more but I was just throwing it out there.

Once again, i'm really impressed with this service. I just bought a 2 year MU and was angry because most of the mkv tv shows I want are only hotfile/rapidshare (which to me are pretty much unusable unless you have premium). To me it the price is really worth the rapidshare usage alone, and though I don't use most of the other available download hosts, it is still pretty nice to be able to get one if it isn't rapidshare/MU. If anyone is still not sure if they should buy the service or not, try the public out or feel free to ask me. (Just a side note, I could hardly ever get a file downloaded from hotfile, always would error out or just fail, and the download speed was only 15 - 20 KBps at best. With this service I'm getting 200 - 300 KBps which is pretty much max for the college I live at right now.)
