For anyone out there who is still questioning the validity of this site, I can tell you it is a 100% legit. I was cautious when I was first told about the site by a friend of mine, but after using the service for a two months, I was not disappointed. The site works exactly as promised and there are no hidden fees or disadvantages, everything good or bad about the service is posted on there blogs so take the time to browse it before you join. If there are any issues you have with the service (I personally haven't had any) they are addressed quickly and the entire community is informed of the problem, the fix and if there is any downtime suffered compensation will be provided in the form of an extension to the service based on the length of time the service was down.
So that is my little summary of the service, please confirm all information for the service before joining since I may not have explained everything accurately because i'm not a representative of the service.
If you are like me and don't have more than one premium accounts this definately worth the money.
And to RPNet keep up the good work and keep the service alive.

The public service has been temporarily shutdown. The reasons were explained in our blog (Rapid Premium | Pwning Wait Times).

Before I signup, just have one more question.

How long do the links stay active for?

I line up a number of downloads to take place over night in JDownloader and I need to make sure I can generate the link and if say it takes 8 hours to get to the download does that mean the link has now expired and will not download?

The links, by default, are set to stay active for about 2 days. However, how long they stay active for, is entirely dependent on the source host.

So, for example, Megaupload's links generally stay active for a couple hours. Sometimes even a day. Hotfile stays active for longer. Rapidshare also stays active for a couple hours.

Depending on the link, you might be able to download it 8 hours, or even 24 hours later. However, if it DOES expire, you can always regenerate it from within your control panel. Yes, that would be a little manual work involved, but we cannot automate the entire process due to the nature of the service itself

A lot of changes have been going on at RPNet ever since Rapidshare changed their system.

We had decreased the RS bandwidth to 3GB/day, but it's back up to 5GB/day, now. And we're looking to code a system where we can increase it by 5 times for every user during the RS happy hours.

We're also working on integrating 2 new hosts (SharingMatrix and FileServe). And we'll remove one host that has never been used, GigaSize. After that, we'll probably add 2-3 more hosts that we'll determine by conducting a poll

Lots of new stuff in the line for our users
